was fun to get an email this morning from the italian band "calibro 35" thanking me for playing their music last week. their cd is great stuff, so i started today's show with a couple more tracks from it. i'm calling it funk but maybe its more like surf rock, i don't know. either way, its fun. its reinterpretations of music from italian cop movies from the 60s and 70s. here it is on youtube.
